Maystro documentation#
Maystro is a local-first AI creative suite; today it runs on Windows with an NVIDIA GPU. Everything you generate is produced on your own GPU; the only online traffic is license activation, updates and model downloads.
The app is organised as four studios that share one workspace:

| Studio | What it is for | Start here |
|---|---|---|
| Image Studio | Text-to-image, an editable canvas, instruction-based editing, upscaling and node workflows. | Image Studio |
| Video Studio | Storyboard-driven filmmaking: projects, scenes, shoots and takes, with audio and video generated together. | Video Studio |
| Character Studio | Characters with a base look, angle references and their own LoRAs, so identity holds across shots. | Character Studio |
| Training Studio | Train LoRAs on your own material: datasets, hyperparameters, live progress and checkpoints. | Training Studio |
Where to start#
- Requirements: check the machine before you install.
- Install with the launcher and activate your license.
- Download models, then make your first image and your first video.
The Reference section covers licensing, storage, settings, hotkeys and troubleshooting.
Who this is for
These pages assume you are comfortable with GPUs, model files and terms such as LoRA, VRAM and seed. Concepts are explained once, where they first matter, and not repeated.
Getting help#
Write to support@maystro.ai. Include your Maystro version (Settings menu, About) and, for generation problems, the log file described in Storage and paths.
