Maystro runs on your own computer. This page lists the little that reaches us — from this website, from your license and from the launcher — and what never leaves your machine.

This website

maystro.ai sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party scripts. We do not record who visits which page; the hosting server keeps only its technical error logs.

Requesting access

The access form sends your name, your e-mail address and the optional note to our server, where they are stored as a pending request and e-mailed to us through Resend, the transactional e-mail service we use. We use them only to reply with payment details and your license key.

Your license

A license is stored with your e-mail address and license key, the dates it is valid for, and whether it is a trial. The account page checks a license with that pair — there is no password and nothing to sign up for. We e-mail you about your license: the welcome e-mail and, for trials, the questions we ask at the end.

Activating and renewing

When you enter your key in the launcher, it sends the key and a one-way hash of this machine's Windows machine identifier (the node-lock), together with a few hardware facts: GPU model, video memory, system memory, Windows version and launcher version. The launcher repeats this when it silently renews the license token — about weekly while you are online — which also records the time of that last contact.

We keep these per license and machine so that we can help when something goes wrong on your hardware; your welcome e-mail says the same.

What never leaves your machine

Prompts, images, video, audio, datasets, trained models, projects and settings stay on your disk. Maystro generates locally and has no cloud back end.

Downloading models and components contacts the servers that host them — maystro.ai, Hugging Face, GitHub — which see your IP address, like any download.

Where and for how long

Our server runs in Frankfurt, Germany (DigitalOcean). The license database is backed up nightly and backups are kept for 14 days.

Access requests and license records are kept while they are needed to deliver and support your license and for accounting. Write to us to have an access request or your activation records deleted; a deleted or revoked license stops working at its next renewal.
